Deposit terms

Plain-English terms for ordering an ARK chamber. Final terms are confirmed in writing before any deposit.

1. Quotes are free

• A quote takes no payment and creates no obligation to buy.
• Founders Edition numbers are assigned in the order deposits are confirmed.

2. Deposits

• Once your quote is accepted, we invite you to place a refundable deposit: $500 for the Flex line, $1,500 for the ARK Solo Tube, $2,500 for the ARK Duo and ARK Solo; $5,000 for the ARK Lounge; $10,000 for the ARK Lounge XL and ARK Sanctuary.
• Your deposit is held for your order and is fully refundable until your chamber ships.
• Your deposit locks your Founders Edition number and price.

3. Delivery estimate and balance

• Before you pay any deposit, you receive a written estimated shipping date.
• If we cannot ship by that date, we notify you before it passes with a revised date and your options, including cancelling for a full, prompt refund.
• The balance is due when your chamber ships, or is paid by your leasing partner under your lease.

4. Cancelling

• You may cancel any time before your chamber ships for a full refund of your deposit, returned to the original payment method.

5. Specifications and regulatory

• Prices, lease estimates, specifications and delivery dates are confirmed in writing with your order. Lease figures are estimates, subject to credit approval.
• Hyperbaric chambers are FDA-regulated prescription medical devices. Confirm your state’s rules on ownership, operation and medical supervision before purchase.
